Course Learning Outcomes:
CLO 1) Students will identify key similarities and differences between the target culture and the student’s own culture through guided activities and reflections.
CLO 2) Students will apply basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in the target language to communicate in everyday contexts.
CLO 3) Students will demonstrate appropriate responses in culturally relevant situations using verbal or nonverbal communication strategies.
CLO 4) Students will recognize cultural norms and values expressed through language, media, or social practices in the target culture.
