ART 2840 - Photography III 3 Credit(s)
This courses is a continuation in understanding photography and images in terms of how they function as art work with emphasis on technical consistency and sophistication in expression of ideas.
Prereqs: ART 2830 with a grade of C or better Course Type: Studio/Performance Delivery Method: In-Person, Remote Course Learning Outcomes: CLO 1) Students will continue to further investigate the construction of visual images.
CLO 2) Students will participate in advanced organization and workflow techniques.
CLO 3) Students will implement color calibration and management strategies.
CLO 4) Students will engage in focused research surrounding their chosen subject/content concept.
CLO 5) Students will curate and construct a cohesive body of work that is unified formally and conceptually to be presented both digitally and in print for the final portfolio.
CLO 6) Students will practice critical analysis and verbal feedback of both the photographic works of peers as well as of one’s own.
